  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp. margarine
  • 1 package Knorr® Stroganoff Pasta Side

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Remove and set aside.

  2. Stir in water, milk and margarine and bring to a boil. Stir in Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff. Return to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until pasta is tender.

  3. Stir in ground beef mixture; heat through.
