Creamy Garlic Dressing

  • 2 heads garlic
  • 6 tbsp. warm water
  • 1 cube Knorr® Chicken Bouillon Cubes or 1 tbsp. knorr®chicken flavour Bouillon
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 6 fresh lemon juice

    Heat oven to 400°. Cut 1/2-in. off top of bulbs, then wrap in foil. Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until cloves are very tender. Let cool slightly.

    Meanwhile, put water and Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon in microwave safe cup or bowl (if using cube, mash well) and microwave at HIGH until mixture comes to a boil, about 1 minute. Pour into blender.

    Squeeze garlic from cloves into blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve with your favorite salads.

Tip: Also delicious as a sauce for chicken or fish.
