Ingredients: 1.5 Knorr Chicken Stock Cube; 1 kg green asparagus ends trimmed and cut into chunks; 100 ml double cream; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp chopped dill for garnish; 1 garlic clove finely chopped; 1/2 onion chopped

1.5 Knorr Chicken Stock Cube
1 kg green asparagus ends trimmed and cut into chunks
100 ml double cream
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped dill for garnish
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1/2 onion chopped

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add asparagus and cook for 5 more minutes. Add the chicken stock and bring to the boil. Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat until asparagus is tender.
Blend the soup with a hand blender, stir in the cream. Serve garnished with dill.
