Healthy Corn Soup Recipe with Malunggay

With only a handful of ingredients and a small fraction of your time, you can whip up this healthy corn and malunggay soup for your entire family to enjoy. Not only is this soup rich in antioxidants all thanks to the malunggay but it's also rich in flavor because of Knorr Chicken Cube. One cube is packed with the flavor of 1 kilogram of chicken so you don't have to sacrifice taste for budget.   • 2 pc medium corn
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • 1 pc onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 pc Knorr chicken cube
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 stem malunggay leaves

CORN SOUP
  1. Let’s start by preparing the corn. using a knife, remove the corn kernel cobs. Set aside

  2. In a medium pot, add the oil and make it nice and hot over medium heat. Add the garlic and onions. Sauté until soft and brown.

  3. Add the corn kernels, water and crushed Knorr Chicken Cubes. Let it boil until the corn is cooked and changes its color to bright yellow. Lower the heat, then add the malunggay leaves. Let it simmer for an additional 2 minutes.

  4. Serve hot and Enjoy!
