Creamy Pork Adobo Recipe
  1. There’s always joy in cooking adobo. Not only because it’s easy to do but also because you know that whatever the variation is, the outcome will always be delicious.

  2. Begin by getting your pan nice and hot over medium high heat. Pour some oil and throw in the onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent and the garlic is golden in color. Now, drop in the sliced liempo and sauté until cooked through.

  3. Pour in the water together with the soy sauce, evaporated milk and Knorr Pork Cube next before adding the vinegar. Let this simmer, without covering and without stirring. If you cover the pan and stir the mixture you will end up tasting the acid and metallic taste of raw vinegar.

  4. After it has simmered for at least 15 minutes, that’s the time you can stir. Season to with salt and pepper to taste. That's it.

  5. With a slice of hardboiled eggs and toasted garlic, you will have a hard time moving on from the deliciousness of this dish.
