5 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
Knorr Chicken cube, crumbled
Paprika
Cayenne pepper
Crushed chilli flakes
Corn flour
Dried thyme
8 sprigs thyme
4 cloves garlic, unpeeled and halved
4 fish fillets
Oil
Knorr chicken cube, crumbled
Paprika
Coarse black pepper
Lemon rind
Lemon juice
Cayene pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Peel the potatoes, slice in wedges and place on an oven tray.
Drizzle with oil.
In a bowl, mix the cornflour, crumbled KNORR cubes, paprika, chilli, cayenne and herbs together.
Sprinkle over the potatoes wedges and pace the halved garlic cloves and sprigs of thyme between the wedges.
Bake for 40 minutes or until crispy. ALTERNATIVELY, fry the potato wedges until crispy and the sprinkle with the seasoning, leaving out the garlic and sprigs of thyme.
For the fish, mix the oil, crumbled KNORR cube, paprika, coarse pepper, lemon rind and juice and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
Rub over the fish fillet, ensuring they are well coated.
Fry in a pan with some oil, about 3 minutes on each side.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve with potato wedges.
