Tip: For Roasted Vegetable Poutine, replace French fries with an assortment of roasted root vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes, parsnips, beets or turnips. Cut vegetables lengthwise into long wedges. Toss with olive oil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 35 minutes or until tender.
